When Kelso discovers a box of donated toys at the precinct, he mistakenly brings it home for the guys to play with. Kitty's nemesis, Patty, rolls into town and takes over her role as the chair of The Women of Park Place Christmas event, leaving Kitty fuming and responsible for the donated toys that Kelso borrowed. Meanwhile, Hyde's refusal to accompany Jackie to the Christmas event makes her feel that Hyde isn't ready to grow up.
