Fez's world is turned upside down when he has a sexy dream-about Kelso. Eric gets a job in a dog food factory and brags that now he's free to marry Donna. And Hyde gives Jackie an ultimatum-no more spending time alone with Kelso.
Eric, Hyde, Kelso and Fez are in the bar of the Holiday Hotel. There's a nurses' convention going on, and the guys are ogling the attractive women in uniform. Kitty and Red are there too, since Kitty is a participant. Red sees these gatherings as a chance for the nurses to drink like fish, but Kitty protests that it's not that bad. A hot nurse hits on Hyde, but he regretfully declines; he has a girlfriend. Fez is asleep in the Foreman basement, tired out from chasing nurses. Fez is dreaming of a hot nurse who's about to give him a sponge bath, but suddenly the nurse changes into Kelso. He wakes up screaming. Bob feels bad for Eric that Red fired him from his Pricemart job. Joanne says there's an opening at her company that's Eric's for the asking. Eric's happy until he learns that Joanne works at the dog food factory. When Jackie tells Hyde that she's been hanging out at The Hub with Kelso, Hyde says he doesn't trust Kelso and doesn't want Jackie to be alone with him. Jackie thinks he's making a big deal out of nothing, but agrees. Fez is acting so strangely around Kelso, that Kelso asks him if there's a problem. Fez confesses to Kelso, Eric and Donna that he had an erotic dream-about Kelso. Pushed for details, Fez says there was a nurse and some sponging. What could this mean, Fez wonders. Eric smugly announces to Red and Kitty that he has a job at the dog food factory. They've tried to stop him from marrying Donna, but it's not happening! Jackie's in the Pinciotti den when Kelso comes in. He tells Jackie about Fez's dream. What if Fez is in love with him? He can't return those feelings. Maybe he should have tried to be less desirable. He puts his head on Jackie's shoulder. Hyde comes in behind them, sees them and walks out. In the hotel kitchen, Hyde tells Roy what he saw. He's going to bail before Jackie does. Kelso comes in, and Hyde confronts him. Kelso explains about Fez's erotic dream, and Hyde says that's the biggest lie he's ever heard. Eric's on the job at the dog food factory. It's a bit of a letdown when he learns that his job, as coupon liaison officer, is to stuff coupons in bags of dog food. Fez and Kelso approach Kitty at the nurses' convention. They need her medical expertise. After hearing about Fez's dream, Kelso is afraid to let him go to sleep. Kitty tells them that dreams are just a compilation of what you experience during the day. Maybe all the spicy egg rolls that Fez ate also contributed. Fez is greatly relieved. Red, Eric and Donna are in the Foreman living room when Red announces that Eric's promising new career in dog food has convinced him that Eric and Donna are mature enough to get married. In fact, they should get married as soon as possible. Like next week! Of course they're ready, Eric and Donna protest, as he leaves to do some homework and she goes home to clean her room. At the hotel, Roy tells Jackie that Hyde saw her with Kelso, and she rushes into the bar to find him. Hyde's in the hallway with a hot nurse, deciding whether to go into her room.
